As Vice President of Media Operations Janet Ferrara focuses on sourcing, 800# coordination and delegation, data research, traffic issues, offer updates and information gathering. She also works on initiatives that enhance REVShare's efficiency and continues to manage more than 200 TV stations.

Ferrara started working for REVShare in 2001 as a media rep and developed the Media Department, managing its existing database of hundreds of TV stations while prospecting for new stations and helping them to manage their unsold inventory. Ferrara expanded the department by hiring additional media reps and a traffic manager, while assisting three outside media sales reps in managing their stations. She established the procedures and protocols for the department and also trained the newly hired media reps. By January 2002, she was promoted to Director of Media Services and then to her current position as a REVShare Vice President.
